El lunes 25 de septiembre participamos en el 2º aniversario de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, fue una mañana amena en la que distintos ponentes hablaron de futuro, de los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible (ODS) y de cómo sus empresas se han marcado objetivos a corto, medio y largo plazo para poner en práctica lo que se promulga desde el Pacto Mundial Red Española.
Debe estar presente y de actualidad para las empresas mejorar y apoyar una política empresarial más acorde a los tiempos, a nuestro entorno y a las personas que pertenecemos a las organizaciones, sin olvidarnos de potenciar los acuerdos para que todos seamos más fuertes y sostenibles.
Aunque se habló mucho de tecnología, en general se tocaron todos los objetivos de una u otra manera a lo largo de toda la sesión.
Queremos destacar los siguientes puntos independientemente de quién los expresara:
- «El sector privado, motor de desarrollo«.
- Innovación, cambio climático, igualdad y empleo son los objetivos que destacan más las estadísticas.
- Es necesario buscar alianzas con empresas competidoras. Ese tipo de sinergias es productivo.
- La utilización de la inteligencia artificial es fundamental para una sociedad más justa y sostenible.
- La importancia del cambio real en el sistema educativo, ya que se necesitan más recursos y aprendemos a lo largo de toda la vida. Educación en sostenibilidad.
- La economía circular = sentido común.
- Se crece más teniendo unas políticas de conciliación en las que se flexibilice el horario de trabajo, realizando programas de innovación, con un buen distintivo de igualdad en todos los aspectos…
- El objetivo más estratégico e importante para las empresas de España hasta el momento ha sido el nº 11 «Ciudades y comunidades sostenibles» y el que menos se trabaja con bastante diferencia es el nº 14 «Vida submarina».
Se nos hizo entrega del documento que recoge el análisis, las tendencias y el liderazgo empresarial en España. Se puede descargar el documento pinchando en Pacto Mundial Red Española.
De este documento podemos destacar entre otras cuestiones:
- Se pretende llegar al 2030 con los deberes hechos y para ello nos tenemos que poner manos a la obra todas y todos.
- De los 157 países que subscriben los ODS, España se encuentra en el puesto número 25º del ranking de países que cumplen los objetivos.
- El ODS 8 «Trabajo decente y crecimiento económico» es el más interesante y trabajado para las empresas españolas y de todo el mundo.
- La importancia de la tecnología, la energía, el empoderamiento de la mujer, la interconexión o el conocimiento. Es necesario reflexionar y poner medios para que la brecha digital vaya recortándose.
- Gracias a las nuevas tecnologías es más fácil acceder a la información y poder formarse.
- Adoptar políticas, en especial fiscales, salariales y de protección social y lograr una mayor igualdad.
- La importancia de los residuos, del medio ambiente y de una política energética que sea más adecuada.
Los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) son:
- Fin de la pobreza.
- Hambre cero.
- Salud y bienestar.
- Educación de calidad.
- Igualdad de género.
- Agua limpia y saneamiento.
- Energía asequible y no contaminante.
- Trabajo decente y crecimiento económico.
- Industria, innovación e infraestructura.
- Reducción de las desigualdades.
- Ciudades y comunidades sostenibles.
- Producción y consumo responsable.
- Acción por el clima.
- Vida submarina.
- Vida de ecosistemas terrestres.
- Paz, justicia e instituciones sólidas.
- Alianzas para lograr los objetivos.
