Las empresas desde el 1 de enero de 2017 ya pueden comenzar a utilizar el crédito disponible a través de Fundae para formar a sus empleados. Hay novedades con respecto al año anterior en la aplicación.
En el apartado «Acciones Formativas» hay una nueva pestaña llamada «Área Profesional». Es muy importante cumplimentarla correctamente, ya que tiene que ver con lo que han notificado las entidades impartidoras en su Declaración Responsable. Si no coincide el área profesional de la entidad impartidora contratada con lo que se ha incluido en la aplicación, entonces cuando des de alta el grupo no te dejará notificarlo debido a este motivo. En cuyo caso tendrás que hablar con la entidad impartidora para ver qué áreas ha declarado y por lo tanto que formación puede realizar.
También tienes que tener en cuenta con respecto a la Declaración Responsable las modalidades de impartición, ya que si la entidad impartidora no notificó la modalidad que estás señalando no te dejará dar de alta el grupo en la aplicación.
Otra de las novedades tiene que ver con las acciones formativas presenciales. Hay que incluir los datos de los profesores que van a impartir los cursos. Los datos son los siguientes:
- NIF /NIE
- Nombre
- Primer apellido.
- Segundo apellido.
- Teléfono de contacto (tiene que ser uno en el que puedan localizar al profesor, no es correcto poner el de la consultora de formación si no se puede contactar con él).
- Email de contacto (igual que en el caso anterior).
- Nº de horas de impartición del formador.
Si es un profesor extranjero que no tiene NIE entonces no se puede incluir y por lo tanto la formación no se podrá bonificar (al menos es lo que nos han comunicado por teléfono en Atención al Usuario).
Si hay cambio de profesor antes del comienzo del curso, no hay problema porque se puede añadir el nuevo. Una vez comenzada la formación, a no ser que sea por fuerza mayor, no admite cambio alguno. Si hay que notificar una incidencia al respecto, se debe hacer en el apartado «Incidencias» que aparece en el Grupo.
